[Bug 21773] Mail address needed to run dotests but no means to provide it

It's not clear what you are trying to do, but simply doing "./wine
winetest-latest.exe" inside the build tree runs winetest on that tree. You can
also do "./wine winetest" which run the Winelib version of winetest. Either way
you don't need dotests.
