[Bug 15883] misinterpreting windows paths as unix paths causes compilation failure in Qb64 (mingw)

The demo of http://capbros.itch.io/instant-dungeon is also affected when run
under wine-mono. I didn't test native dotnet. It seems mono sometimes
internally translates these paths to be rooted at c:, and sometimes it does
not. Removing the z: drive mapping works around it in this case.
