Doom4 works perfectly, other Wolfestein too.
Only this is choppy.

My audio device 
00:1b.0 Audio device: Intel Corporation 5 Series/3400 Series Chipset High
Definition Audio (rev 05)

It's a very old chipset,newt week I have to upgrade the entire system.. maybe
it can run without problems :(
But I think is pulseaudio the problem..
