Background + Images missing

Rendering errors occur when launching the EVE - Online Launcher 2.1 

Sometimes the left side of the launcher is missing: 
Inputfields for login/password and the actual login button.

Sometimes the background is missing:
Sometimes some icons/images are missing:
Sometimes it just draws correctly...
