Error in installtion validation

I could install manually the Framework.NET 4.7.2 from
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4054530/microsoft-net-framework-4-7...
that is the requirement for Paint.NET 4.1.5, so I could bypass the installation
by the Paint.net setup file but I got the attached error at the end.
