[Bug 43069] Uplay - starting installing games takes about 5 minutes.

3. I forgot: message in the bottom of the Uplay window it says: "There is a
problem connecting to the internet. Please Check your network settings. We'll
restore the connection as soon as we can" I can ignore the message, download
will just work fine, but it has to do something with the winhttp as well.
