I am trying to install a different application, and I'm running native Windows Vista and receiving the same error. This makes me think there is a a problem with the Installshield application used to package the application, not necessarily a problem with Wine. It sounds like the installer is using a variable too small for the value it is trying to hold....hopefully this is helpful.
