Yep, my resolution is 1920x1080.

The line with
    if (EqualRect( clip, &clip_rect ) || clip_fullscreen_window( foreground,
TRUE ))
is not even reached because the above
    data && data->clip_hwnd
yields false.

This is because !data->clip_hwnd .
