My experience is that the bug is now fixed in GIT. (Thank you.)

I have not marked it as fixed at this time, because of the alleged
counter-experience expressed in comment #2, but from my point of view it is
fixed. 

Robert, have you tried doing a "make distclean" before rebuilding Wine?
