[Bug 6866] Junk on the bottom part of a window wine desktop mode, in CircuitMaker 200

This is getting strange. If the gnome terminal is under the wine desktop, after
switching between virtual desktops, usually the text from the terminal can be
seen in the bottom of the circuit maker window. However, if nautilus or firefox
is below the wine desktop, the window is drawn normally.
