In the case of PICTYPE_METAFILE SetMetaFileBitsEx(or SetWinMetaFileBits) +
PlayMetaFile(or PlayEnhMetaFile) should do the trick.

PICTYPE_ENHMETAFILE is similar: SetEnhMetaFileBits + PlayEnhMetaFile
