insert $WINE_VALGRIND as argv[1] at execve()

When launching a new process, wine can co-operate with valgrind.  New
environment variable WINE_VALGRIND is inserted as argv[1].  Patch is attached,
and will be sent to wine-patches(a)winehq.org.
