[Bug 32179] Diablo III: changing keyboard layout to nonlatin makes all letters to be questionmarks

But this also makes language inicator in D3 be always visible and it shows "RU"
even for english layout. Should I create new bug and close this as invalid?

Note: Diablo shows language indicator after each field in auction and chat
