With no WINEDEBUG set there really isn't anything on the terminal. The game
itself spits out some stuff that doesn't appear relevant to the problem.

Attached a log with WINEDEBUG=+audio,+pulse,+alsa. I did see something about
"underflow" while scrolling through it.
