In current git:

austin(a)austin-desktop:~/.wine/drive_c/Python24$ ~/wine-git/wine python.exe
test.py
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "test.py", line 2, in ?
    Files/python25/pythonw.exe
NameError: name 'Files' is not defined

Haven't tested windows.
