Windows freeze location

Actually checking the game on Windows it freezes on a black screen before the
window in the attached screenshot appears. The videos then start to play
afterwards (on Windows). First time you run the game you also have to setup
language and keyboard layout at the same place but on Linux it froze in a black
screen before it showed.
