Did you do anything specific when it didn't work last time? The patch should
now be restricted to when the system captures the mouse pointer via either a
Menu showing up (you know, those Win32 menus, at the top of most apps, not
custom menus in games), or when you drag/resize the window by grabbing it (the
default Windows operation I mean).
