[Bug 22805] Can't install 64bit .NET 2.0

I'm running a wow64 setup. NetFx64.exe is a 32bit installer. install.exe is
64bit.

If I run /wine/wine64/wine install.exe on a clean .wine the installation starts
(but fails due to some other bug). Could that be a hint?
