Somebody had the exact same bug on Manjaro here: https://forum.winehq.org/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=35596 - maybe there's a pattern? The last log complained about not finding files, like: 0034:warn:file:NtCreateFile L"\\??\\C:\\windows\\system32\\kernel32.dll" not found (244318) Even though they exist on the filesystem.
