I did a search of the bug database using 'quicken' as the keyword, and found
'bug 19378 - Quicken 2008 registration displays garbled inoperative HTML' is a
similar problem, however, it only provides a workaround to the garbled
registration; it doesn't resolve what's the root cause of the display.
