Please keep this bug report about the original startup problem caused by
built-in msvcp71 and open a new bug report about the audio issue.
You're probably aware of the sound decompressing bug resulting in missing
sounds in URU: see bug #17403.
I'm not claiming that this is the same as #17403, but there's a chance that
Myst Online shares some of the code of the original URU game.
