Same thing here.. Stuck at retrieving hero list now.. Works fine through windows..
I was able to play earlier today, but now I get stuck at either the authenticating credentials or the hero list. So, I assume this is probably a server load issue.
Are you playing on a 32-bit kernel? I read above that the people with 32-bit kernels haven't had the issue. Or did I read that wrong?
