nvidia detection fix

Running wined3d on Windows XP, with an nvidia GeForce 4 MX, results in this
error:

"Invalid nVidia version string: 1.5.2"

It seems that the win32 ICD doesn't report vendor string the same way.  I'm
attaching a fix to make the check more tollerant.
