WINEDEBUG=+dsound

It's not http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16942 as far as I can tell, I
tried everything.
Clean prefix, winver=windows7, disabled mmdevapi.
When I tried native dsound I lost the sound in the cut scenes.
