The wiki https://wiki.winehq.org/Wine-Staging_Winecheck mentions the option:

wine --check-libs

However, when executed it reports:

$ wine --check-libs
fixme:service:scmdatabase_autostart_services Auto-start service L"Bonjour
Service" failed to start: 2
wine: cannot find L"C:\\windows\\system32\\--check-libs.exe
