[Bug 27715] CDex no longer works with WINE after upgrade today

Yeah, no thanks...  That seems like a lot more work than I want to get into
rather than rolling back to 1.3.22 from 1.3.23.  Since I've already done that,
if it isn't fixed the next time Update Manager sneaks it by me, I'll consider
the regression testing.
