I tested CS:GO on latest git with attachment 47883 and indeed, as expected, it
did not fix the problem.
Although it did alter it a bit, so I should inform about my findings: it now
stutters somewhat less. Without the patch from attachment 47883 the game
stutters so much for me, it's nearly unplayable. While with the patch, it
stutters less enough to be _kinda_ playable if having no other choice.
