Using Ubuntu Egdy, with latest version (0.9.31) from repository:
deb http://wine.budgetdedicated.com/apt edgy main

I removed the HOME/.wine directory, ran winecfg to create an empty
configuration, extracted the NeoRageX v0.6b into a folder and tried to run with
'wine NeoRagex' inside the folder.

The program does not start, and the error trace is shown as the attachment.
