[Bug 42982] Bayonetta can`t save settings

In my last comment I have pasted the error lines relative to read operation
affecting related bug: https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43071

For this bug the error lines are very similar but doing WriteFile instead of
ReadFile, in the end both bugs are affected by the same behaviour from
read/write operations. Bayonetta does GetLastError, it sees there is no
STATUS_PENDING error and assumes the operation failed.
