[Bug 33140] Photos opened in Nikon Capture NX 2.4 have inverted red and blue channel for displaying.

seems to be sufficient and second reg key is needed too (OnlyUseLatestCLR), the
other key (ClientSideWithRender) doesn't seem to be needed (there no additional
matter when I test with 1.6RC5)
