Application file that works with Grants version of PureEdge viewer (Zipped)

This is an application file that works with the Viewer.  It is obsolete and
applications are no longer being accepted but the SF 424 will lock up Wine
0.9.59 with the EM_FONTRANGE fix from bug 6254.
