I've just tested Wine 2.16 and Staging 2.16 with an x86 installation (can't
test x86-64 at the moment) and it all works fine here with the SETI(a)Home
project.

Does it work if you install the x86 version?
Is it specific to a project?

BOINC x86 7.8.2
Wine Gecko x86 2.47
