[Bug 10825] Photoshop 7 "Save File" dialog contents shifted to left

It seems that Photoshop adopts its behaviour basing on the Windows version,
if I change version to win98 in winecfg, dialog contents are no more shifted
to left, but look truncated on the right side.

If this behaviour implies that we need to introduce Explorer-like Open/Save
file dialogs in Wine this could take quite a bit of efforts.
