I retested and it appears to only occur with the version set to WinMe.  Occurs
when updating the registry during the installation of "Support for Media
Indexing".

The Windows Media Player 7.1 installer looks identical and has the exact same
behavior.  Needs sfc.dll.8 for WinMe but not Win98.
