Comment on how to reproduce the bug

Download winpcap http://www.winpcap.org/install/bin/WinPcap_4_1_3.exe

Install it on windows, and then copy System32/Packet.dll to
WINEPREFIX/drive_c/system32/

Then use winecfg set packet.dll to native

Then you should get the relay log
