Please attach a +msi,+relay,+tid trace.
Thanks to it I found that the problem was in the path of installation files (.msi). The path contained russian symbols (Though I was sure I've tested also under "~/") But this problem is not obvious to solve. If there is no such bug opened I think this one shouldn't be closed. The trace is huge, archive is more than 1M.
