[Bug 29695] Databaseclient BpNext.exe 12.0 fails to start

Yes this application has been installed by it´s own installer in Wine.
I have noticed this SBSPAIN3.DLL error. I checked serveral installations on
real Windows-XP and nowhere I found this DLL, but the application runs well
there.
