[Bug 43560] Textures are inverted in Star Trek Online

I was happy to see that bug 40873 implemented the opcode dcl_input_ps. I tested
wine 2.20 and wine-staging 2.20 right now but the visual problems in Star Trek
Online remains. I assume the other opcodes listed in this bug are necessary.
