Thanks. I hadn't realised cups-pdf is a separate product! I have installed it
and can confirm I see the stack overflow if I select cups-pdf as the printer
with wine > 7.1. In fact, pressing the Print button produces it with any
printer!

So, a stack overflow can be triggered by either clicking the record number
button at the bottom of a single-record view or by trying to print.

I'm using Lotus Approach '97.
