[Bug 52547] GIMP 2.2.x: Mouse disappears and is ignored by the application

The application spams a lot of FIXMEs when the mouse is being moved:
"0184:fixme:msimtf:ActiveIMMApp_OnDefWindowProc Stub"

Seems like the applications calls for a unimplemented function to receive or to
send mouse's movement and then it gets no proper return
