[Bug 54626] Saving files in Microsoft Word/Excel 2010 creates useless shortcut files

I can confirm that the shortcuts in the Recent folder are broken. It's not
because the Recent folder has moved but because Office 2010 passes SHARD_PATHW
to SHAddToRecentDocs() which is not supported. I have a patch.
