Samsung PC Studio ConMgr_Setting.exe utility log

I can confirm this:
ConMgr_Setting does not provide any available COM port in the select list.
(it _should_)

$ WINEDEBUG=warn+all wine ConMgr_Setting.exe
# app-emulation/wine-1.3.23 on ~amd64
