[Bug 27609] GTA Vice City hangs in initial menu

What should we do with the bug? Close it as invalid since it looks like a
driver issue? Can anyone confirm that the game works OK on other drivers,
preferably non-mesa ones since if the bug is in mesa it may affect other
drivers too.
