partial +d3d9,+d3d,+d3d_surface log (uncompressed 205 MB)

Orm=backbuffer acts as a workaround and performance is normal with that
setting.

The attached log contains the last 2 million lines of the full log (the whole
log grew over 1.3 GB until I got into the main game).
