Thanks, but that log doesn't have the traces that we need enabled.
Please set the WINEDEBUG variable for the session, e.g.
  WINEDEBUG=+relay,+seh,+tid wine photoshop > log.txt 2>&1
The result should be absolutely huge, maybe megabytes.
