I used a clean Wineprefix (.wine) and the only native components are those that
were included within the Adobe Audition Folder copied over.
I never touched a MSVCP140_CODECVT_IDS.dll file, or setup an override, and
there is no MSVCP140_CODECVT_IDS.dll file in the Folder of the application, so
it seems like Audition expects the system to provide that.
