32bit wine prefix also affected.

$ ls *.bat 
'test(.bat'

$ wine cmd /c test\(.bat
Can't recognize 'test(.bat' as an internal or external command, or batch
script.

$ wine cmd /c "test(.bat"
Can't recognize 'test(.bat' as an internal or external command, or batch
script.
