Hi Sagawa,

I tested your patch against 1.7.16 and it solved the issue.  I now hear the
sound effects properly in Gazillionaire -- and it didn't break other things. 
So please go ahead and get this merged for the next version.  Next time you're
in NYC, $beverage is on me :)
