[Bug 31113] Civilization V crashes after specific amount of game turns

After i did manipulation with files, the bug was resolved and scroll bar
appears.
> I used spys in both of my games, no hangs.

Try to play as Korea (or maybe Mongolia). For me game always crashed with that
civ.
