Here's the console output from me starting the game until I got "removed from game". I stripped out 3,000 copies of "fixme:d3d:resource_check_usage Unhandled usage flags 0x8." for convenience. This is wine 1.5.5 with the AcceptEx patches on a gentoo 64 bit system with a nvidia graphics card.
